When I had my second child and my fair share of breastfeeding struggles, I decided to use my nursing education as a basis for studying to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant after I was inspired by my own favorite IBCLC to help others. I have been certified with IBLCE since 2018 and have personal experience breastfeeding for a total of six years so far! (3.5 years with my first child, 2 years with my second child, and almost six months with our new baby!) After nine years of caring for the tiniest babies in the Chattanooga, TN area, I decided to found Nourish & Nurture to pursue my dream of being a lactation consultant in an outpatient setting. Breastfeeding is comes with both joys and struggles, and I want to be available to mothers as a form of support wherever they are in their breastfeeding journey whether that's with learning the process, troubleshooting, pumping, or weaning.

Unfortunately at this time, TennCare is not in network with The Lactation Network, but they are in discussion about negotiations that can be made for coverage to (hopefully!) begin in the future. If your insurance is not listed, message me directly for self-pay rates.
