Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to reschedule or cancel appointments. To ensure the smooth operation of our services and accommodate the needs of all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  1. Notification Period: Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
  2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be considered late cancellations.
  3. No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notification will be considered a no-show.
  4. Fees: Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. This fee is designed to cover the costs associated with the reserved time slot and ensure fairness to other clients.
  5. Rescheduling: Clients are welcome to reschedule appointments based on availability, with no penalty if done within the notification period.
  6. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
